Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with WestKiss. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible throughout South Africa.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order wigs may require an additional 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including:

- Durban
- Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)
- Bloemfontein

- Kimberley

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Free Standard Shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over R1,500 (or as part of promotional campaigns).

The courier used will depend on your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing:
- Your tracking number
- Courier details
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your shipment using the courier's online tracking service.
Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive your parcel:
- The courier may attempt delivery again.
- The courier may contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
- In some cases, your parcel may be taken to the nearest courier depot for collection.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.
WestKiss is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:
- Do not accept the parcel if possible.
- Take clear photographs of the package and its contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Customs inspections (for imported products)
- Courier operational delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
International Shipping
We currently focus on deliveries within South Africa. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
